When the user uses Fire of Destruction it applies the [Vulcan's Blessing] effect.

It creates a [Shield] equal to 10% of the user's Attack and applies the [Concentration] effect for every Basic Attack and Core Attack that hits the enemy.

When the duration ends or the effect is removed, [Vulcan's Blessing] explodes and deals damage equal to 400% of the user's Attack (stacking up to 20 times).
When it explodes, it deals additional 20% damage per instance of [Concentration].
When [Vulcan's Blessing] is at 20 instances, [Vulcan's Blessing] instantly explodes and recreates [Shield] equal to 10% of the user's Attack.

When [Vulcan's Blessing] explodes, applies [Rage].

Increases the user's Attack by 12%.
Increases Attack Speed by 6%.
Duration: 15 second(s)

Increases Fire damage by 10%.

Enhances [Rage]

Applies even when using Fire of Destruction.
Increases the user's Attack by 20%.
Increases Attack Speed by 10%.
Duration: 15 second(s)

Decreases the cooldown of Fire of Destruction by 20%.

While [Shield] is in effect, the damage of Fire of Destruction increases by 50%.
