6/4 (Thu) Update Known Issue

Greetings Hunters,

The Hunters Association has a notice for you.

We would like to inform you about the current known issues after the 6/4 (Thu) update.

We are diligently investigating and resolving these issues.

We will keep you updated on our progress through this notice as each issue is addressed.

📌 Known Issues

■ An issue where the season 1 ranking records for the Power of Calamity are not displayed

* Your previous season ranking records will be displayed normally after completely closing the game and reconnecting.

■ An issue where '2 Years with Hunters' event is not shown in the Event tab

■ An issue where login occasionally fails in the PC version

■ An intermittent issue where an error popup, indicating there is an error in the patch file, is displayed during the patch process

* The issue will be resolved when restarting the game after completely closing the game

■ An issue where the game crashes on certain iOS devices

* We are currently investigating an issue where crashes are likely to occur on devices that meet the minimum specifications if the graphics options are set to high. If this issue persists, you can enjoy smoother gameplay by going to [Options] - [Graphics] - [Graphics Quality] and setting it to [Low]

📌 Fixed Issues

■ An issue where expired Gates are displayed in the List and an error occurs during Mining under certain circumstances

■ An issue where an error message is displayed when using certain consumable items in the inventory under certain circumstances

■ An issue where characters fail to enter stealth during Deimos's sphere destruction pattern in the Workshop of Brilliant Light.

■ An issue where a black screen temporarily appears when the "Upgrader's Touch" event page popup is displayed in mobile environments.

■ An issue where an error popup intermittently appears when exiting during Power of Calamity play.

■ An issue where a different language is displayed upon the first entry to the Trial of the Strong page in certain language settings.

■ An issue where the purchase completion popup does not appear when purchasing the "Successor of the White Flames Power Pack."

※ Only the popup is missing; the purchase itself proceeds normally

■ An issue where the product name for the "2nd Anniversary Transcendent All-in-One Deluxe Pack" is displayed differently in certain stores intermittently

※ Product information, including components, is applied normally

■ An issue where the reward figures shown in the Activity Funds 'REWARD' are displayed based on the pre-update values only for the first time after the 5/7 (Thu) update

※ Actual Activity Funds rewards will be distributed according to the increased values post-update
