7/2 (Thu) Update Known Issue

Greetings Hunters,

The Hunters Association has a notice for you.

We would like to inform you about the current known issues after the 7/2 (Thu) update.

We are diligently investigating and resolving these issues.

We will keep you updated on our progress through this notice as each issue is addressed.

📌 Known Issues

■ An issue where audio intermittently plays on a loop when using the [SKIP] button during cinematic playback in the Story Codex.

■ An issue where the Edge of Illusion and Dreams content menu is not properly shaded out.

■ An issue where login occasionally fails in the PC version

■ An intermittent issue where an error popup, indicating there is an error in the patch file, is displayed during the patch process

* The issue will be resolved when restarting the game after completely closing the game

■ An issue where the game crashes on certain iOS devices

* We are currently investigating an issue where crashes are likely to occur on devices that meet the minimum specifications if the graphics options are set to high. If this issue persists, you can enjoy smoother gameplay by going to [Options] - [Graphics] - [Graphics Quality] and setting it to [Low]

📌 Fixed Issues

■ An issue where certain devices crash when entering Story Hidden Stages 9-6 and 9-10, and Workshop of Brilliant Light Legia 'Sealed Primordial Lungs' stage.

■ An issue where the Battle of Time Season 18 Titles and Challenge Medals were not distributed

* The distribution of the Battle of Time Season 18 Titles was completed on 6/12(Mon) at 04:07 (UTC+0).

* The Challenge Medals are scheduled to be distributed during the July update maintenance.
