Follow-up: Notice on Actions Taken Against Policy-Violating Accounts

The Hunters Association has a notice for you.

Regarding the enforcement policy update announced this week, we would like to provide details on the adjusted sanction levels and the direction of future enforcement criteria.

📌 Current Sanction Levels

The sanction levels applied to accounts detected as of today following the 9/3 (Thu) update (total 126 accounts) are as follows.
Measures were implemented pursuant to our current Terms of Service within the scope of applicable consumer protection laws.

📌 Advance Notice of Operating Policy Revision

As informed earlier this week, we have determined that the default sanction levels under the current Operational Policy need to be reinforced.

Accordingly, we are providing advance notice of the updated sanction levels, which have been adjusted in consideration of consumer protection regulations across all operating regions.

Please note that this notice serves as a preliminary update on the upcoming sanction levels. The finalized Operational Policy and its official implementation date will be announced through a separate notice.
 

▶ Proposed Operating Policy Sanction Levels

※ Pursuant to internal Operational Policy and Terms of Service, severe additional sanctions, including service access restrictions, may be immediately applied without prior warning based on internal review depending on the severity or repetition of the violation.

📌 Continuous Investigation and Monitoring Expansion Plan for Ranking Content

We have been conducting log investigations and monitoring across ranking content such as Power of Calamity and Hall of the Monarchs, and we plan to further strengthen our investigation and sanction procedures moving forward. The following measures will be implemented sequentially.

▶ Real Time Ranking Exclusion Upon Abnormal Play Detection (To Be Applied in September Update)
● When abnormal play is confirmed during gameplay, that specific record will be blocked from ranking registration.
● Accounts blocked from ranking placement will undergo detailed follow up investigations, and service restrictions will be applied in accordance with our Terms of Service. Throughout this process, rigorous verification will be conducted to ensure that legitimate players are not negatively affected by false positives.

※ Real time detection capabilities will be continuously enhanced, and gameplay that bypasses this system will still be actively monitored and sanctioned through the Faction of the Shield Measures Notice.

▶ Adjustment of Ranking Reward Distribution Schedule (To Be Applied in October Update)

• ● Ranking rewards, which were previously distributed immediately after the weekly or seasonal tallies, will now be delivered 24 hours after tallying ends.
• ● During this period, full scale data investigations will be conducted to sanction accounts confirmed to have engaged in abnormal play, ensuring that ranking fairness and reward distribution remain fully protected.

▶ Expansion of Sanction Details Disclosure (Effective Immediately)

• - Moving forward, we will continuously disclose sanction details and account lists through our existing Notice on Actions Taken Against Policy Violating Accounts.

Abnormal play confirmed through monitoring or player reports undergoes full scale investigation before sanctions are applied. If you encounter any suspected cases of proxy play or unauthorized program use, please actively report them through Customer Support.
